
EgyptAir has introduced a new onboard connectivity package offering free Wi-Fi and messaging services across its modern fleet, including A350-900, B787-9 Dreamliner, B737 MAX 8, A321, and A320neo aircraft. The service allows passengers to access unlimited text messaging, voice messaging, internet browsing, and email applications free of charge for up to two hours during flights, with additional support for voice calls through online applications. According to EgyptAir, the initiative responds to growing passenger demand for constant connectivity while travelling and forms part of its broader strategy to modernise the customer experience. The airline said the upgrade strengthens its competitiveness regionally and internationally by enhancing comfort, convenience, and digital service offerings in line with global aviation technology trends.
