
Air Cairo has taken delivery of an Airbus Aircraft A320-214(WL), registered SU-BWB, on 3 February 2026, strengthening its narrowbody fleet. The aircraft, bearing MSN 6516, was built in Toulouse and first flew on 4 March 2015, making it approximately 10.9 years old at delivery. Powered by CFM56-5B4/3 engines, the aircraft was previously operated by Kuwait Airways under registration 9K-AKJ, where it entered service in March 2015 on lease from AWAS before transitioning to DAE Capital in 2017.
