TGI Group and Vista Capital Trust Angola have signed a Letter of Intent to develop VISTA ADVENT CITY, a $20 billion “Smart Forest City” project in Angola designed as a fully integrated sustainable urban, aviation, and digital innovation hub. The masterplan envisions a carbon-negative city built on a 1:1 ratio of green space to infrastructure, featuring over 250,000 trees projected to absorb around 116,000 tonnes of CO₂ annually, alongside eco-friendly construction using renewable materials and passive cooling systems. The development includes major infrastructure components such as a seawater desalination plant, wastewater recycling systems targeting 95% reuse, a new international airport developed with East West Airways, a regional heliport, and a deep-sea port with a luxury marina to support the blue economy.
