The agreement, formalized in Yaoundé following high-level talks between NIGERIA’S Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, and CAMEROON’S Transport Minister, Jean Ernest NgalNgallé Bibehe, establishes a framework for coordinated and rapid responses to aviation emergencies near their borders.
