Airbus, in partnership with ENAC and ISAE-SUPAERO, has launched a Specialized Master's Degree® in Aeronautical Management for 30 executives from Ethiopian Airlines, reinforcing efforts to develop high-level aviation leadership in AFRICA. Officially announced on 7 July, the one-year executive programme began in April 2026 at Ethiopian Airlines University in Addis Ababa and is accredited by the Conference of Grandes Écoles, ensuring it meets internationally recognized academic standards. The programme comprises 12 intensive modules covering airline commercial operations, aircraft maintenance, and aviation support functions, culminating in an industry-based project and professional thesis addressing real-world aviation challenges. The initiative is designed to equip senior aviation professionals with the strategic and operational expertise needed to navigate the industry's evolving landscape, including traffic growth, increasing operational complexity, changing business models, and maintenance challenges.
