
On April 27, 2026, Safarilink Aviation marked a key milestone in its regional expansion by launching a third daily frequency on its Nairobi–Arusha route, an event attended by Cabinet Secretary for Tourism and Wildlife Rebecca Miano and Kenya Tourism Board CEO June Chepkemei, alongside aviation and tourism stakeholders. The added frequency strengthened connectivity between Kenya and northern Tanzania by offering more flexible departure options across morning, midday, and afternoon schedules, improving convenience for both leisure and business travellers. The expansion enhanced seamless multi-destination travel, enabling easier movement between Kenya’s major safari circuits such as Maasai Mara, Amboseli, and the coastal region, and Tanzania’s northern tourism attractions including Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Mount Meru via Arusha. It also improved regional accessibility for key international source markets, supporting growing demand for combined Kenya–Tanzania safari itineraries.
