Royal Air Maroc (RAM) has taken delivery of a nearly new Boeing 737-8 MAX, registered CN-RHR, becoming the airline’s 18th 737 MAX 8 and lifting its overall fleet to a record 69 aircraft, including 45 Boeing single-aisle jets operated across RAM and its regional subsidiary RAM Express. The aircraft, MSN 44328 and line number 9765, was built at Boeing’s Renton facility and completed its first flight on 4 August 2026, before being delivered to RAM on 26 August and arriving in Casablanca on 27 August after being ferried from Boeing Field via Gander. Configured with 156 seats, comprising 12 Business Class and 144 Economy Class, CN-RHR is powered by two CFM International LEAP-1B27 engines and was leased from Air Capital Group (ACG), providing RAM with additional capacity and improved fuel efficiency for its short- and medium-haul network.
