Ethiopian Aviation University (EAU) has entered into a partnership with FDRE MESOB Service, ETHIOPIA’s one-stop government service platform, to strengthen continuous professional development, skills development and institutional capacity among public-sector employees. Under the agreement, EAU will leverage its aviation and professional training expertise, including training programmes aligned with ICAO-recognised standards, to deliver tailored capacity-building programmes designed to enhance the competencies of government personnel. The collaboration is also intended to support ETHIOPIA’s broader digital-government and public-service transformation agenda, with training expected to focus on developing a more skilled, adaptable and digitally capable workforce capable of responding to evolving public-sector requirements. The partnership expands the role of EAU beyond aviation-specific training by positioning the institution as a broader centre for professional development and knowledge transfer, while providing FDRE MESOB Service with access to specialised training infrastructure, academic expertise and internationally benchmarked learning approaches.
