
Kenya Airways has partnered with South African regional carrier CemAir through an interline agreement to enhance travel connectivity between East and Southern Africa. The deal allows Kenya Airways passengers to access CemAir’s network via Johannesburg, connecting to 10 South African destinations such as Bloemfontein, Hoedspruit, and Kimberley, as well as regional hubs like Maun, Victoria Falls, and Harare. Conversely, CemAir passengers gain access to Kenya Airways’ African network, including 15 cities like Dar es Salaam, Addis Ababa, and Accra, with single-ticket bookings and coordinated transfers simplifying travel. The partnership, part of Kenya Airways’ strategy to strengthen continental connectivity, leverages both airlines’ fleets and networks, providing smoother, more integrated journeys across the continent while laying the foundation for potential future collaboration and expanded service.
